NSCS Officer Meeting Minutes November 14, 2006 Present: All officers were present. The meeting was held in the lobby of Forsyth Library. The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. December Mtg: The next general NSCS meeting will be December 7, at 5:30 p.m.

NSCS Officer Meeting Minutes October 19, 2006 Present: All officers were present. The meeting was held in the lobby of Forsyth Library. It was called to order at 5:30 p.m. SGA appropriations: Allison, Jeremy, and Celina will be appearing in front of the SGA appropriations committee tonight to request reimbursement funds from the NSCS Summit in July.

Opening:

The officer’s meeting of NSCS was called to order at 6:30 p.m. on September 25, 2006 at Allison’s house.

Present:

All officers were present.

1. Comments about member meeting: it was the general consensus of the officer’s that we had a relatively large turnout for our first meeting of the year. However, we will try to get more members at the next meeting.

It was decided that chapter meetings will take place on the first Thursday of every month at 5:30 PM

We discussed the requirements for attaining Gold Star Status in the NSCS organization.

The creation of a PFCS program in the FHSU chapter was discussed. A V.P. of PFCS will need to be voted upon.
